“It was great until he let us and our luggage off at the wrong place… the Westin Villas not the Westin Resort, which was part of our reservation, and we discussed it wasn’t the villas it was the hotel. He said IF IT WAS WRONG they would transfer us in a cart. Registration confirmed it was wrong. They said they would call a taxi. We called a Lyft ($15) and thanked the bellman for watching our bags one half hour ($5) so that was a cost and delay that disappointed us. We said the hotel! Would you consider reimbursing? We had tipped the driver $20.”
