At Aletha’s one-third-acre South Shore homestead, you’ll spend about three hours preparing Kauai-style musubi, somen salad, two kinds of ahi poke, and butter mochi. The English-language class welcomes ages 10 and up, includes ingredients, tools, recipes, and a full meal, and is limited to 12 people.
